Why we chose:
This lager is ideal for an Indian climate. But we wanted to redefine the concept of lager and position it a very premium lager fully mastering the intricacies of lager making, which is often under-appreciated. We want our lager drinkers to appreciate the finesse of this intense beer making process

This is an intimate connection with ourselves, a bottle full of history. Of how Germans who first brewed this at home, moved to the US and carried the style with them.

One of the often-told tales about lager is about Bavarian brewers using ice caves to store beer through the period of prohibition of brewing in the summer.
